What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

FE / EIT certification (required)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Familiarity with Revit

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow as a structural engineer
Preferred (but not required):

Progress toward licensure

Exposure to structural analysis tools such as RAM, RISA, or ENERCALC
