What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform structural engineering design and analysis for building projects
  • Support projects ranging from smaller independent assignments to large multidisciplinary developments
  • Coordinate closely with architects, MEP teams, and other engineering disciplines
  • Participate in field investigations, site observations, and construction-related activities
  • Travel to project sites throughout Florida as needed (approximately 25%–50% field involvement)
  • Assist with project documentation, calculations, and structural detailing coordination
  • Support projects through design, permitting, and construction administration phases
  • Work alongside senior engineers to continue developing technical expertise and project responsibility
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Understanding of structural systems and building design
  • Experience within the architectural engineering or building construction environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and solve engineering problems proactively
  • EI certification or active progression toward licensure preferred
  • Revit experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across Florida as required
