I joined Conrad Consulting in April 2025 and specialize in recruiting Structural Engineering professionals across the East Coast of the United States. I am passionate about building relationships, learning from experienced colleagues, and connecting talented engineers with opportunities that support their long-term career goals.
I am currently studying Business at the University of South Florida and bring several years of experience in retail and franchise business leadership. Those experiences helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that I now apply every day in recruitment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that is relaxing at the beach, heading out on a weekend camping trip, or traveling to experience new places and cultures. I enjoy meeting new people, exploring different perspectives, and continuously learning both personally and professionally.
