Jared joined Conrad Consulting in April 2025 and focuses on recruiting candidates along the East Coast of the United States within the Civil and Structural Engineering sector. Although new to the recruitment industry, he is eager to learn and excited about the opportunities ahead with Conrad.
Currently studying Business at the University of South Florida, Jared brings several years of experience in retail and franchisee business leadership to his role. From his interview process through his first day and beyond, he has been impressed by the company culture and the people he works alongside. He values the sense of belonging and compassion within the team, which shines through in daily work and in client interactions.
Outside of work, Jared is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys trips to the beach, weekend camping getaways, traveling to new destinations, and immersing himself in different cultures around the world.
