What you’ll need to succeed:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

  • FE / EIT certification (required)

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD

  • Familiarity with Revit

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow as a structural engineer



Preferred (but not required):



  • Progress toward licensure

  • Exposure to structural analysis tools such as RAM, RISA, or ENERCALC
