Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the Philadelphia region. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, oversee project financials, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage the full lifecycle of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from proposal through design, construction, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal and utility clients.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and environmental professionals.
• Coordinate design efforts for:
  • Water treatment plants
  • Wastewater treatment facilities
  • Pump stations
  • Water distribution systems
  • Sewer collection systems
  • Storage facilities
  • Pipeline rehabilitation and replacement projects
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and risk.
• Review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and contractor coordination.
• Support permitting activities and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and fee estimates.
• Participate in business development, client meetings, and industry events.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures are followed.
• Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience managing engineering budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven client relationship management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
