What you’ll be doing:
  • Perform structural analysis and design for building projects
  • Prepare calculations, drawings, and structural details
  • Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support project delivery including schedules, scope, and documentation
  • Assist in managing junior staff and reviewing work
  • Participate in client meetings and project coordination
  • Support seismic and lateral system design across multiple project types
  • Assist with construction administration, RFIs, and submittals
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • EIT required; PE in progress or preferred
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Experience with structural design and drawing production
  • Exposure to seismic design and lateral systems
  • Proficiency in ETABS, RISA, RAM, Enercalc, and Revit
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
  • $105,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
