What you’ll be doing:
- Perform structural analysis and design for building projects
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and structural details
- Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams
- Support project delivery including schedules, scope, and documentation
- Assist in managing junior staff and reviewing work
- Participate in client meetings and project coordination
- Support seismic and lateral system design across multiple project types
- Assist with construction administration, RFIs, and submittals
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- EIT required; PE in progress or preferred
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with structural design and drawing production
- Exposure to seismic design and lateral systems
- Proficiency in ETABS, RISA, RAM, Enercalc, and Revit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- $105,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
