We’re partnered with an award-winning multidisciplinary design and engineering firm looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their Nashville team.

This is a great opportunity for a PE with a strong technical foundation who is ready to spend more time leading projects, developing engineers, and working directly with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery

• Serve as a primary client contact

• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality

• Lead, delegate work to, and mentor engineers and designers

• Review technical design across grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities and site infrastructure

• Lead client and regulatory agency meetings

• Support proposals and business development

• Work across commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and community-focused projects

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Tennessee PE or ability to obtain one

• 7+ years of civil engineering experience

• Strong civil/site and land development background

• Experience managing projects, clients and design teams

• Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Comfortable understanding and reviewing the technical work while delegating design production

• Strong leadership, mentoring and client-facing skills

What’s Offered

• $115,000 - $145,000, depending on experience
• Flexible schedule, including a four-day, 9-hour workweek option to earn half-day Fridays
