I graduated from the University of Central Florida with an Integrated Business degree, where I developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and networking. Prior to joining Conrad, I gained experience working alongside engineering professionals, which gave me valuable insight into the industry and helped shape the recruiter I am today. Understanding both the technical and human sides of recruitment allows me to have meaningful conversations and provide real value to the people I work with.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me staying active through sports, running, salsa dancing, or spending time in the gym. I also have a passion for travel and experiencing different cultures. One of my most memorable experiences was spending three months backpacking across Europe, where I learned to adapt to new environments, connect with people from all walks of life, and communicate across cultural differences.
