We're partnered with an established civil engineering and land development firm looking for a Project Engineer to join their growing Jacksonville team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to strengthen their technical skills, take on more project responsibility, and grow within a collaborative team.
What You'll Do

Work on residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects throughout Northeast Florida

Prepare civil site designs, plans, and construction documents

Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control systems

Assist with roadway, water distribution, and sanitary sewer design

Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, and internal teams

Support permitting and local agency approval processes

Independently manage routine design tasks with guidance from senior engineers

Participate in client meetings and project coordination
What You'll Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology

2-7 years of civil/site design and land development experience
-
EIT preferred, but flexible for candidates with strong, relevant design experience

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Experience with grading, stormwater, drainage, utilities, and erosion control

Familiarity with local permitting and development regulations
-
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
-
Desire to continue developing technically and take on greater responsibility
What's Offered

$75,000-$95,000 base salary

Flexible work schedule with core hours of 9 AM-4 PM
