Brief Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects involving roadway design, stormwater, utilities, grading, and site development
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee project delivery, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, and staffing
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- NY Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 12+ years of site/civil engineering experience
- Experience with NYSDOT, county agencies, and municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
