Job Title: Transportation, Project Manager Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Seeking an experienced Transportation Engineer to join our growing team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects that improve the communities we serve. Working with public and private sector clients, you'll manage projects from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and building strong client relationships. What You'll Do

• Manage transportation design projects from proposal through final delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders, including NJDOT, county, and local municipalities.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
• Support proposal development, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey.
• Experience managing roadway, highway, complete streets, intersection, traffic, or transportation improvement projects.
• Familiarity with NJDOT design standards, permitting, and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar engineering software.
