A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Site/Land Development to join its expanding team in Toms River, NJ.

Responsibilities
- Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs
- Perform due diligence investigations and zoning/code reviews
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates, and project documentation
- Support permitting and land development approval processes
- Attend meetings with planning boards, agencies, and project teams
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license required
- 5+ years of civil site/land development experience
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
- Experience with permitting and municipal review processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
