We’re working with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm that is looking to add a Senior Structural Engineer to its growing structures team in New York or Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PE who enjoys leading projects, mentoring engineers, and taking ownership of structural design from concept through construction. You'll work on a diverse range of new design, rehabilitation, repair, investigation, and performance evaluation projects while playing a key role in client relationships and project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead structural engineering projects and serve as a technical resource for project teams
• Supervise and mentor structural engineers, designers, and technicians
• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects
• Develop construction documents including drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Conduct site visits, structural investigations, and existing condition assessments
• Review shop drawings and product submittals
• Provide construction administration and field observation services
• Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and project documentation
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Assist with proposal preparation and business development efforts
What You Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of structural engineering consulting experience
• Strong experience with structural analysis and design software
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with Revit is a plus
