Project Manager- Land Development

We’re partnered with a well-established engineering firm looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Nashville team and lead land development projects throughout the Greater Nashville area.

What You’ll Do

• Manage land development projects from design through completion

• Oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients

• Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff

• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants

• Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders

• Support business development and client growth

• Attend client meetings and public hearings as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience

• Project management and client-facing experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience with project budgets and staff management

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software

• PE preferred but not necessary
