What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare detailed structural Revit models and construction drawings
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, and structural detailing packages
- Coordinate directly with structural engineers and project teams
- Assist with BIM standards, template creation, and workflow improvements
- Support drafting production across steel, concrete, masonry, and wood projects
- Coordinate with architects and external consultants where required
- Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and project documentation standards
- Help establish scalable drafting processes as the team expands
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience using Revit within structural engineering projects
- Experience producing structural construction documents and detailing packages
- Understanding of structural systems including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood framing
- Ability to work independently and manage drafting responsibilities across multiple projects
- Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and consultants
- Strong attention to detail and drawing organization
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial
- Prior experience helping improve BIM or drafting workflows is a plus
