They’re looking to add a Structural Engineer with 3–6 years of experience who wants to step beyond pure production work and take on real responsibility across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform structural analysis and design across a variety of building projects
- Work with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems
- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate directly with architects, owners, and external consultants
- Attend site visits and support construction-phase activities
- Work closely with senior engineers on design decisions and problem-solving
- Take increasing ownership of projects as you develop
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3–6 years of structural design experience (buildings)
- Working toward PE licensure or recently licensed
- Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Experience with tools such as RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar
- Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
