Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering large-scale commercial developer projects to join a highly regarded consultancy working on some of London's most prestigious office developments.

The Role
You'll lead the successful delivery of major commercial developments, providing strategic project management from feasibility through construction and handover.
Working closely with developers, consultants and contractors, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage major commercial office developments throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Lead multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
- Oversee programme, risk, cost and governance.
- Provide strategic advice to commercial developer clients.
- Monitor project performance and report to senior stakeholders.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
About You
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction consultancy.
- Proven delivery of commercial office developments valued at £100 million or more.
- Strong commercial developer client experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Please note: This opportunity is focused on commercial development projects. Candidates with predominantly residential development experience will not be suitable.
