Conrad Consulting is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a market-leading construction consultancy delivering high-profile corporate occupier and workplace fit-out projects across London.
If you've successfully delivered commercial office fit-outs of 20,000 sq ft or more, this is an opportunity to work with globally recognised businesses creating exceptional workplaces.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of major workplace projects from initial brief through to completion, acting as the trusted advisor to clients while leading multidisciplinary consultant teams and managing every stage of project delivery.
Working on flagship office developments, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative spaces for some of the world's leading occupiers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead corporate occupier and workplace fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior decision-makers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Drive project performance and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction consultancy.
- Proven delivery of corporate occupier or commercial office fit-out projects exceeding 20,000 sq ft.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple consultants and contractors.
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability.
