Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in one of the UK's most significant water infrastructure programmes?
Conrad Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent construction and property consultancy that is expanding its commercial team to support a major desalination project across Norfolk and Suffolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a nationally important scheme, delivering essential infrastructure while developing your career within an established consultancy renowned for delivering complex projects across the UK.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost planning and commercial management
- Procurement support
- NEC contract administration
- Valuations, variations and change control
- Financial reporting and forecasting
- Risk and opportunity management
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience working on infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering projects
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Motivated to develop your career on major UK infrastructure projects
