Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure schemes across the Norfolk and Suffolk coast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects while working within a business that offers long-term career progression and a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
- Administer NEC contracts and manage contractual obligations
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and valuations
- Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial performance
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise project success
About You
- Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or construction
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
