We’re partnered with a nationally ranked, multi-disciplinary engineering firm to hire a Lead Civil Engineer to take ownership of civil/site and infrastructure work across Western New York.
This is a true leadership position — combining project delivery, client development, and team growth. You won’t just manage projects. You’ll help build the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead site/civil engineering design including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layout
- Manage projects through planning, permitting, and construction support
- Coordinate with municipalities, DOTs, and regulatory agencies
- Oversee technical delivery, budgets, and project schedules
- Prepare and review plans, reports, and specifications
- Drive client relationships and business development efforts
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
What They’re Looking For
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of civil/site engineering experience
- New York PE (required)
- Strong experience with site development, roadway design, and infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage projects and interface with public agencies
- Experience supporting business development and client growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
