We’re partnered with a nationally ranked, multi-disciplinary engineering firm to hire a Lead Civil Engineer to take ownership of civil/site and infrastructure work across Western New York.

This is a true leadership position — combining project delivery, client development, and team growth. You won’t just manage projects. You’ll help build the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead site/civil engineering design including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layout
  • Manage projects through planning, permitting, and construction support
  • Coordinate with municipalities, DOTs, and regulatory agencies
  • Oversee technical delivery, budgets, and project schedules
  • Prepare and review plans, reports, and specifications
  • Drive client relationships and business development efforts
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
What They’re Looking For
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • 12+ years of civil/site engineering experience
  • New York PE (required)
  • Strong experience with site development, roadway design, and infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects and interface with public agencies
  • Experience supporting business development and client growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
