We’re working with a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm that is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to join its growing transportation team in Buffalo, NY.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from proposal through construction
• Serve as Project Manager on mid-to-large bridge projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Participate in business development activities and client meetings
• Prepare and coordinate technical and fee proposals to secure new work
• Oversee bridge design, engineering reports, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Support strategic growth initiatives within the transportation and bridge market sectors
What You Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of progressive bridge engineering and project management experience
• Experience delivering NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid bridge projects
• Established industry relationships throughout New York State
• Strong business development and client management experience
• Proven track record of winning new work and developing proposals
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable presenting to clients, stakeholders, and industry groups
