Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the Midwest regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing ground-up and renovation projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of applicable construction experience as a Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Senior Living
- Hospitality
- Multi-Family
- Retail Construction (large-format projects such as Large box retail, and similar national retailers)
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate project schedules, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions.
