We are seeking  Superintendents with ground-up commercial and healthcare/medical construction experience
Location: Lansing, MI

Travel: 25%+ -to areas such as Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor as needed 
This position is with a recognized GC that has great company culture, very low turnover, and great opportunity for growth potential
Requirements:

• Able/willing to work in Lansing and surrounding areas, Grand Rapids, as well as other parts of Michigan when need
• experience with hospital projects, medical offices, as well as renovation work in occupied hospitals 
• Knowledge and experience with anterooms, PCRA, RF shielding, positive and negative air pressure preferred
• ASHE CHC certification or willing to get certified
• 5+ years of experience or more leading construction crews as a Superintendent
• ProCore experience is a plus
