We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience overseeing Tenant Improvement (TI), interior build-outs, and shell construction projects throughout South Florida.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements:
5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
Strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI), interior renovations, and shell build-out projects
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Preferred Experience:
Retail, Office, Medical Office, or Commercial Interiors projects
Occupied renovation experience
Procore or similar construction management software
