The role will include:
- Inspecting and reporting on a variety of property types
- Providing professional advice to private and commercial clients
- Managing your own portfolio of instructions
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider business
- Supporting the growth of an established regional office
You'll ideally have:
- MRICS qualification
- Previous experience within residential, commercial or mixed-practice surveying
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to manage work independently
- A proactive and professional approach
