We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to oversee projects throughout the Central Florida market, primarily between Daytona Beach and Orlando.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing self-storage, warehouse/distribution, or ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for driving schedules, managing budgets, coordinating project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Experience managing Self-Storage, Warehouse, Distribution Center, or Ground-Up Commercial projects
 Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts
 Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
