What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven success leading complex projects
Strong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operations
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor others
