Job Summary
We are looking for a Transportation Engineering Team Lead to lead transportation engineering projects, coordinate with clients and team members, and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
Responsibilities

Lead transportation engineering projects and project teams
-
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
-
Review plans, designs, reports, and technical work
-
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other consultants
-
Mentor and support junior engineers and staff
-
Assist with proposals, project planning, and business development

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred/required
-
10+ years of transportation engineering experience
-
Experience with roadway, traffic, and/or transportation projects
-
Strong communication and project management skills
-
Experience with NJDOT and local New Jersey transportation projects preferred
-
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, or similar software is a plus
