Becoming a SafeRec Plus Agency gives Conrad Consulting greater visibility and oversight of the umbrella companies within our UK supply chain, helping us strengthen our due diligence processes and identify potential compliance risks.

What is SafeRec?

SafeRec is a UK compliance platform designed for recruitment agencies, umbrella companies and end hirers.

Its technology provides ongoing monitoring and auditing across the recruitment supply chain, including real-time payroll auditing for SafeRec Certified umbrella companies, cross-referencing of payroll information with HMRC Real Time Information (RTI), compliance reporting and ongoing supplier monitoring.

SafeRec's certification process also incorporates legal and operational reviews of umbrella companies by WTT Legal, a regulated UK law firm.

Together, these measures provide recruitment agencies with greater visibility of how payroll partners are operating rather than relying solely on periodic checks or assurances.
