I recently joined Conrad Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant in the Civil & Structural team. I cover the region between Birmingham and Yorkshire, including the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. I work with consultancies and contractors of all sizes, and with engineers and technicians at every stage of their careers, from graduates to associate directors.
Before joining Conrad, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant in energy development, recruiting for projects across the UK and abroad. That gave me a solid understanding of how engineering projects are planned and delivered. Moving into civil and structural engineering felt like a natural next step, and I’m looking forward to building a strong network in this part of the country.
I believe recruitment works best when it is built on honesty and trust. I take the time to understand what each candidate wants from their career and what each client needs from their team, so I can make placements that work for everyone in the long term.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, watching football and cooking.
