I recently joined Conrad Consulting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing 4.5 years of recruitment experience across both agency and in-house roles in Vancouver, Canada. During this time, I have worked across the manufacturing, operations, heavy industrial and mining sectors. I’m excited to bring my experience to the Texas Structural Engineering market, building relationships with clients and candidates, and taking a consultative approach to understanding their needs and finding the right fit.
My approach is centered around building strong honest relationships, understanding the needs of each individual, and helping create positive outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, I’m an avid foodie and can usually be found cooking up something in the kitchen or trying out a new restaurant. I also love travelling, exploring new places, going for walks and heading off to music festivals whenever I can.
