I started with Conrad Consulting in August of 2026 due to their growth opportunity and excellent culture. I am a Structural Engineering Recruiter specializing in the Southeast. I focus on building long-term relationships, understanding the structural engineering market, and making the right match, not just filling positions.
I graduated for the University of Central Florida in 2024 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Following my time at UCF I did two years of Door-to-Door sales. My sales experience and education have equipped me well to communicate effectively and tailor solutions to both clients and candidates.
Outside of work you will almost exclusively find me on the various beautiful golf courses Florida has to offer or with my family and friends. I am also very fond of music, movies, and TV shows.
