He began his career as a Junior CAD Technician on the drawing board before progressing with the industry’s technological evolution through AutoCAD and Revit. Over the decades, he has built an in-depth understanding of the Civil & Structural Engineering profession, working closely with the people, projects and businesses that shape the industry.
Today, Andy supports Conrad Consulting with specialist expertise across recruitment, market intelligence and industry engagement. His experience provides valuable guidance to both clients and candidates, while also strengthening the business through events, networking and strategic support within the Civil & Structural Engineering sector.
