Tierra Robinson-Jones graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022, where she was part of the Division I track and field program. She later moved to Florida to continue her athletic pursuits and explore new professional opportunities, embracing her transition into the recruiting industry.
With an outgoing and energetic personality, Tierra goes the extra mile for everyone in her life, including friends, family, clients, and candidates. She specializes in connecting talented civil and structural engineers with career opportunities. Tierra comes from a family of builders—her father is a crane operator who contributed to the construction of the new Warriors stadium in San Francisco—which instilled in her a strong work ethic and appreciation for craftsmanship.
She will begin an online MBA at Southern New Hampshire University in November. In her free time, Tierra enjoys reading and planning surprise trips back home to California.
