Early on, he recognized the rapid advancement of technology and the growing importance of AI and Data, carving out a niche in the Data Science and AI space in Germany before successfully expanding this expertise internationally.
Building on this foundation, Mark identified the crossover potential of these search skills and transitioned into the Construction sector, the market he now covers at Conrad. In this role, he partners with key industry players to understand their needs and deliver solutions for complex vacancies and specialist positions.
