I’m excited to have recently joined Conrad Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant, where I’m supporting the company’s growth in the North West.
I recruit across the Surveying and Project Management sector with clients ranging from Global multi-disciplinary construction consultancy’s through to boutique independent SME’s. In this role, I work closely with clients and candidates to understand their specific needs, ensuring I tailor my approach to benefit both the business and the individual.
Before this, I spent a year and a half as a Recruitment Consultant in Edinburgh, where I focused on building strong relationships with clients and candidates and developing new business. That time gave me insight into the industry and helped me become better at matching people with the right opportunities.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, taking walks with my dog, and relaxing with a glass of wine.
