Bella has lived in Florida her entire life and is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. Growing up in a family of engineers, she has always enjoyed being around people who build and create. Today, she supports a team of recruiters who connect Civil and Structural Engineers, as well as Construction professionals, with career opportunities that make an impact.
In her role, Bella keeps operations running smoothly and ensures the team stays focused. She manages a wide range of responsibilities, from candidate outreach and screening to business development support and marketing efforts such as social media and content creation. With a passion for writing and networking, she enjoys finding creative ways to share stories about the work her team does.
Outside of work, Bella enjoys reading, writing, and traveling — and she never minds the company of her two cats!
